Melanie Walker was born and raised in Amityville, NY. She was raised by her parents the late Pastor William Walker Sr. and Beatrice Walker who were in full time ministry. Melanie grew up in the church serving in many areas of ministry. After leaving NY, Melanie traveled and lived throughout the United States as well as overseas, where she was privileged to immerse herself and experience other cultures. In 1996, Melanie relocated to the Central Florida area with her family, to the city of Malabar, where she is a permanent resident. She is the proud parent of one son, Johnny Marshall Jr. who currently is pursuing his college education. Melanie not only sees her administrative position here at NWBC as a job but as a ministry. Ms. Walker is a member of Tabernacle of Praise and Worship Center Ministries of Rockledge, FL where she faithfully worships and serves.
